Processing Orders

As an independent designer, each piece is fully constructed by myself. Please allow for 2-4 weeks for order processing, as most pieces are made to order. We do keep a small inventory for events and pop-up shops. In the event that your piece(s) is already made and in our inventory, your order will then ship within 2 business days.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not accept returns of any sort.

If your piece isn’t perfect, please send us a message within 14 days of receiving your order to work out an exchange. All items need to be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn. Please note, all exchanges may be subject to a $20 restocking fee for the original piece.

In addition, we only keep small quantities of fabric in our studio. It may be that we no longer have enough fabric to make a replacement piece. In that circumstance, we would be more than happy to make an exchange for an item of equal or greater value, with the difference paid by the customer.

Exchanges cannot be made on sale items or tailored/customized pieces.
